While no Beneteau boat would be confused as an all-out racer, their line of products is seeking to combine performance, comfort, and affordability. Their latest offering is the FIRST 30, designed by Juan Kouyoumdjian, well known for his contributions in the Volvo Ocean Race and the Grand Prix racing circuit. The First 30 will make its North American debut at the United States Sailboat Show taking place October 7th-11th in Annapolis, MD.

Share in the joy of this note from SoCal top sailor and good guy Bob Little (aka 'Peaches'): "I couldn’t hide my enthusiasm for sharing this photo with you. Here is a picture of Bobby (peaches) Little, 7 yrs old, sailing a sabot for the first time ever on Fathers Day. The picture was taken in Alamitos Bay and as you can relate, brings back many great memories as a kid. He started sailing Lido 14’s with me when he was 5." Right on!
